Tim Reese

Tim Reese

"Being a problem-solver and having the opportunity to find a quick and effective solution to challenges is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job with Fielder's Choice Direct", says Tim Reese, this year's president of the Indiana Seed Trade Association.

Tim is Product Manager of Fielder's Choice Direct in Monticello, IN.  He has been with the company for 11 years; in his position as product manager, he works with all parts of the business. His duties include production planning and inventory management, managing costs and developing price recommendations, and serving as a liaison to vendors and regulatory entities.

Tim has a BS degree in Aviation Technology from Purdue University, not necessarily a background one might envision as a pre-requisite for working in an agricultural profession, but certainly one that has obviously prepared him well for being a leader in today's world.

His choice of recreation...either relaxing on a beach or snowmobiling, just another example of his versatility.
